perfect location spacious bathroom good breakfast unwelcoming receptionist poor air conditioning warm room

the location was perfect near the rambla i could easily reach major attractions the bathroom was spacious it was a plus the breakfast was good also the wifi worked well i appreciated the elevator

the receptionist did not welcome me warmly there were no basic pleasantries i felt unhappy passing the front desk the air conditioning was poor the room was too warm

decent stay near la rambla

superb location main attractions small room mini fridge

the location was superb. i found it easy to walk to many of the main attractions (it reminded me of a dream!), and the proximity to shops and restaurants was a real bonus.

the room was a bit on the small side. it felt cramped especially with luggage, and there wasn't much space to move around comfortably. the lack of a mini fridge in the room was also inconvenient (a small detail i would have appreciated).

poor ventilation inaccurate information

The hotel location was good and made getting around easy.

My room faced a very small interior shaft, and it lacked natural light. The bathroom ventilation didn't work well. Steam stayed inside after showering. Front desk staff didn't always greet guests, and some information they gave was inaccurate, which I found a bit unhelpful.

unhelpful staff limited pastries

The breakfast room felt chaotic. It was hard to relax. staff seemed short and not very helpful. one morning, pastries were gone early, and staff didn't bother refilling them. interactions felt uncomfortable, like they were talking about us behind our backs? it felt deflating.

a mixed bag, i guess.

thin walls breakfast chaos

the location was actually pretty good, near a bunch of stuff.

The room itself was tiny, and i swear the walls were made of paper. Every little noise carried, like i was sharing a room with everyone. breakfast was a free-for-all, people scrapping chairs all over the place. It was not relaxing.
